Singularity on COSMIC²

Singularity is a container-based software processing platform allowing users to create a custom Linux operating system for running software. Once created, Singularity containers allow the flexible execution of software on a diverse array of computing architectures such as cloud resources and supercomputers.

During the process of building the COSMIC² data processing resources, we will be using Singularity containers in order to help in the execution of our platform.  To help the community, we will be posting all definition files to our Github repo.

Please post questions to our Forum if you want to learn more about how you can use these definition files and containers for your research.
