No, unfortunately Kynar wire is only manufactured with a solid strand of copper no matter what gauge size you need. It’s offered in 30 AWG through 22 AWG and used in computers and business machines that are not subject to any damage. That means the insulation isn’t very protective so you should be careful where you try to use it.

The one thing that I can not stress enough is that the most important part of achieving your fitness goals is to commit to working out 3 to 4 times per week at the same time each day. Make it an appointment that can not be changed or broken.
