After running your job, you will be able to download your output files using Globus.
Notes about output files
- Output files are generated into directories that end with the suffix ‘_cosmic‘ (e.g. Class2D_cosmic)
- For RELION jobs, the output runs will be numbered sequentially across all runs within a project directory on COSMIC²
- A summary file is generated in the project directory on COSMIC² containing a job history named “cosmic2_job_info.txt“
