Hi all! I was supposed to be on the Carnival Cruise Line in early August, but I had an illness that kept me from traveling. I paid a fairly large amount for this trip, because we were planning a vacation with the whole family, and I was very worried about the return of the money. Because of this, I had to find and call the carnival cruise line customer service number and I was able to contact the manager who helped me in canceling the cruise and getting my money back.
